Service Terms

Services will begin once a 50% deposit is received by Everlast Multimedia.  All payments for any services rendered are non refundable. I understand that there is a production period of at least 7-10 business days for my first proof to be reviewed. The remaining balance is due upon my approval of the final proof. Also,  I understand that I must complete the Service Request Form (provided below) in full to begin services.

Media Release

I agree to waive all media rights including photos, videos, music, recordings, filming, productions, graphic edits, used during sessions, meetings or events for marketing purposes. I understand that all published media productions participated in are voluntary and I am not anticipating or expecting any form of compensation. I understand that any music addon's in my content must have proper permission to avoid copyright infringement.
